You should keep “All Versions” checked as some outdated add-ons still work perfectly. It’s automatically sorted by “Downloads” which gives you a good idea of which add-ons are the most popular, it’s a good starting point. If you moved it somewhere else, you can manually look for it using the + in the top left corner.
